Our “All School Booster Club” supports all 39 athletic teams and 68 clubs/organizations.

If you are already a QO parent, or will be new to QO in the fall, this is such a great way to get involved, meet new people, and have a great time!!! Please look over the list of committees and descriptions and consider volunteering. All these positions will come with on the job training from past chair people and the Booster Club board members. PRESIDENT- responsible for:
• running the monthly booster club meetings
• supervising the following chair people:
o After Prom
o Brick Wall
o Volunteers
o Dining Out Nights
o Student and Staff Directory
o Fall Fundraiser
o Sponsorships

VICE PRESIDENT – responsible for:
• Backup for President at meetings
• supervising the following chair people:
o Concessions
o Membership
o Mulch Sale
o Spirit Wear

CONCESSION MANAGER – responsible for:
• Overseeing all Concessions for 3 seasons, Fall, Winter, Spring
• Managing Concession buildings and areas – initial season set up and cleaning, reporting damages/repairs needed, setup for every home Football game
• Managing Team Parents who will help open the Cave and run concessions for Soccer, Field Hockey, LAX, Basketball, Wrestling
• Food ordering – maintaining accurate inventory and reporting to Buyerwhat needs to be bought (includes grill items)
• Maintain communication with Buyer and Treasurer on items purchased
• Responsible for gathering and submitting the money from each game
• Ideally this person will be a non-working parent or someone who can take off every Friday afternoon there is a football game.

BUYER (Concessions co-chair) – responsible for:
• Liaison with Pizza vendor on ordering, delivery and invoicing
• Liaison with Chick-Fil-A and Pretzel vendor on ordering, delivery and invoicing
• Places inventory orders at Sam’s Club using online ordering system
• Assists Concessions Chair with pickup of orders, stocking the locations and general set up

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR #2 –
• Works with current Volunteer coordinator to liaise with Team Parents and Club Parents to fill concessions volunteer slots
• Loads concessions needs into Sign Up Genius
• Communicates shortages of volunteers with Corresponding Secretary

SPIRIT WEAR CHAIRS (need 2)
• Work with current Spirit Wear vendor and VP to design and purchase Spirit Wear
• Maintain inventory and report to VP/Board inventory status
• Coordinate and sell Spirit Wear at every home football game as well as select special events – 9th Grade Picnic, Fall Sports Night, select dates in the school, etc
• Maintain the credit card machine for the Club

FALL FUNDRAISER –
• Design (or re-vamp) Fall fundraiser – last year was Barnyard Blitz, but we have had silent auctions.
• Identify and obtain sponsors or donations
• Manage entire event (event TBD)

SPONSORSHIPS –
• Identify, contact and recruit sponsors to existing sponsorship packages
• Manages obtaining all logos, banners, ad copy, etc.
• Communicates to Directory Chair all ads and provides ad copy
• Communicates to Football announcer all ad copy for football games
• Hanging all banners/advertisements in the Cougar Dome, and taking them down for the winter
